UNIQUE DEPOSITION SCENARIOS

Summary:  Scheduling depositions can often be a drain on the time, patience and energy for many legal staff members.  Even more so, when challenges such as out-of-area deponents and/or co-counsel, isolated locations, deadlines or other issues enter the logistical mix.  Darrel and Ty will begin with a review of the some of the basic guidelines for depositions in Oregon, a discussion of considerations for scheduling non-local depositions and conclude with an in-depth presentation of the utilization of the latest technological advances in videoconferencing as an effective solution to most unique deposition scenarios.
