Jia J. Feng, Protea Legal Co.
Jia started her legal career as a law clerk at an established patent prosecution firm and then spent several years as an associate attorney at an intellectual property and business litigation firm. In 2018, Jia founded Protea Legal Co. with the goal of serving her clients at the unique intersection of law and design. Her practice includes patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property advising, contract drafting and negotiation, and commercial litigation in the state courts of Oregon, the District Court for the District of Oregon, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
