Consumer Protection with Michael Fuller

Michael Fuller will present on financial consumer protection, reviewing the most common types of consumer legal protection issues, including credit reporting, debt collection, and bankruptcy.  He will discuss the common fact patterns that arise in consumer protection cases.

Michael Fuller grew up watching street-smart TV attorneys fight for underdogs, regardless of their ability to pay.  As the son of a single mother and the first in his family to attend college, he watched big companies taking advantage of the little guy and saw there wasn't anything anyone could do about it.  His passion is fighting ruthless banks and unfair corporations.
