The weather outside will be frightful but this Halloween join the Mid-Willamette Valley Committee for our last CLE of the year! 

Dodie Schmaltz will walk you through all the ins and outs of title reports and insurance, from the different kinds of encumbrances found on real property to the various types of insurance buyers and sellers can purchase in residential and commercial transactions, and the crucial exceptions from coverage and the requirements to have them waived. Dodie will instruct you how to decipher these reports and assist your clients.
