Corporate Transparency Act Roundtable

Join your fellow paralegals for a roundtable discussion on how to prepare for the enactment of the Corporate Transparency Act ("CTA"), which goes into effect January 1, 2024. The CTA is a groundbreaking federal legislation that poses significant reporting requirements for companies and their beneficial owners, unless otherwise exempt. A CLE to go over the CTA in detail will follow on December 7, 2023. Both the roundtable meeting and CLE will be held in person at the Stoel Rives office in the Mt. Tabor conference room and via Zoom for those who can't attend in person.
