About Cindy

Cindy Dovinh is an Assistant Vice President and Recruiting Manager with Robert Half and specializes in placing legal professionals in full-time, permanent positions across the Pacific Northwest. Known for her hospitality-driven approach, she has helped more than 200 legal professionals—from receptionists, paralegals, to partners—advance their careers through trusted referrals and strategic connections.
Before recruiting, Cindy spent 10+ years in the hotel sales industry, from boutique hotels in Seattle to the Four Seasons in San Francisco. Her passion for service led her to corporate relations for a poverty alleviation nonprofit and later to supporting her sister’s law practice, where she gained hands-on experience in family law, personal injury, immigration, and employment matters. She earned her paralegal certificate before joining Robert Half in 2021.
Today, Cindy is recognized for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and serving as a resource on hiring trends for both candidates and employers. She is a recurring speaker in front of the Oregon Paralegal Association, Washington State Paralegal Association, and other legal organizations.
